Investments are diverse, spanning the development of prime living assets—particularly high-end residential estates and apartment buildings—as well as selected Class-A commercial buildings, including office, retail and logistics, alternative assets, such as student housing, and strategic land for future development. We maintain a strong focus on value-add and opportunistic strategies.
We are distinctively vertically integrated, providing full investment, development, commercialisation and asset management capabilities under one firm. Our team is comprised of 15 professionals based in Lisbon, with extensive experience in the financial and real estate sectors in Portugal and internationally, as well as in partnering with and managing capital from institutional investors and family offices.
