An iconic industrial landmark redefined, Edifício da Tabaqueira is a visionary transformation of a historic factory into a state-of-the-art riverfront development in Marvila, Lisbon. Through a successful investment joint venture, our team redesigned the project, secured planning approval, and completed a full exit from the investment. The subsequent development was carried forward by our joint venture partner. By reorienting the building perpendicular to the river and repositioning apartments parallel to the Tagus, the project maximised both construction and value, laying the foundation for a striking 13,500 m² residential and 2,500 m² retail scheme.  Today, Marvila is Lisbon’s most dynamic emerging district, with a thriving cultural and lifestyle scene. Edifício da Tabaqueira stands at the centre of this transformation, merging heritage with modern urban living.
